How to Register A CC if you are a Foreign National

This applies to all people who are not South African citizens ie.

1. Foreigners

2. Refugees

3. All those without a Permanent Residence Permit.

Please follow these steps :

1. Submit an application as normal, by clicking Sign up Now below.

2. Please enter your date of birth in place of ID number. If you have received a Permanent Residency Permit, please enter your new SA ID number in this space.

3. Sign your Limited Power of Attorney provided during registration process.

4. Create an affidavit at a police station or Commisioner of Oaths detailing the following

• your full name
• passport number
• citizenship
• your intent to open a CC in South Africa

This must be signed and stamped by a commisioner of oaths / police officer.

5. Submit your passport photocopy certified, your affidavit, and your Limited Power of Attorney first by fax to 0866 902 197 and then Post to
